Case Issue Penang Appeals Board Volume: 1 is a collection of Cases Penang Appeals Board which was filed in 1991, the first year of the cases originally filed the Appeal Board since its estableshed in 1989. In 1989 the Appeal Board has received seven appeals under provisions of Paragraph 23 (1) (a) of Act 172. Although 7 cases of appeal is filed, but only 3 cases tried in 1992for four cases of it have been withdrawn by the appellant and the case wastried first on June 22, 1992 the registration number of cases involvingLR/SP/3/91 Wellesley Municipal Council (MPSP) as respondents. Similarly,other cases filed in 1991 were all involved MPSP as respondents. Case IssuePenang Appeals Board Volume: 1 corresponds to a reference and guidance to professionals in the field of urban and rural planning as well as interestedparties to learn and internalize their own scope of this tribunal.
