OFFICE SECRETARY
Responsible for ensuring the Director's daily affairs run smoothly and for providing secretarial services.

Managing incoming and outgoing official letters/memos & documents for the Director received from external agencies for minuting.

Managing internal letters/memos/documents that require the Director's review and signature.

Sending, receiving, and managing incoming and outgoing facsimiles for the Director's attention.

Preparing/typing letters or memos/documents/draft documents and replying to correspondence as required by the Director.

Updating the schedule/calendar, planning, and regulating schedules such as coordinating invitations for meetings/briefings/courses/events according to priority.

Making preparations for meetings/briefings/courses/events to ensure all necessary requirements for the meeting/briefing/course/event run smoothly.

Assisting in the preparation of bills and claims.

Assisting in the preparation of the Director's applications for Overseas travel on private or official business.

Handling/screening phone calls in the Director's office, whether from internal officers or external agencies.
